Release past life + ancestral patterns to reimagine your present
In my experience, many of our present-day challenges are actually "mirrors" designed to help us remember, reframe, and release past-life or ancestral patterns (pain passed through the DNA) so that we can reactivate our power in this moment. Because the brain can't discern between a real or imagined memory, the process of inventing a new, more empowered story will help "rewire" the brain for new, more empowering outcomes. As you heal the past, you reclaim your wisdom and clarity in the present.

My philosophy and approach
Because this is "Earth School" where we come to learn and grow, I believe that we incarnate again and again, in many different roles. My sense is that we come to experience human drama (like a dream) in order to wake up from it—and remember our essential, divine unity. At the spiritual level, we are infinite, innocent souls exploring the dance of creation, like actors who want to try every possible role in every possible story.
For example, Meryl Streep can play a devil or a prime minister but it doesn’t change the truth of her soul. Similarly, we sign soul contracts (like actors signing on to do a film or a play) with every soul we want to interact with in this lifetime, often agreeing to play "against" each other as an expression of love for our soul's growth and empowerment. It is often our darkest lifetimes that support our soul's greatest empowerment.
At this point in human history, I believe all our close relationships are rooted in a complex past life history. The idea is that we tend to reincarnate with "our soul family" because we trust them (at the soul level) to help us explore our life curriculum. For example, even if you don't believe in past lives, you may notice that you are strongly attracted to (or strongly repelled by) specific people "for no rational reason," as if you have known them before.
In my work, I use a pendulum to dowse the specific details of time period, location, and interpersonal dynamics, at which point the movie starts to play in my mind and I can share the big themes and patterns. Once I "see" the story, I will take you through what Carl Jung called an "active imaginative" process, going back in time to support you in verbally rewriting your history on your own terms. We will also clear the stuck energy, release the limiting beliefs, and assert new, more empowering beliefs.

Why I do this work
For reasons I can't begin to explain, I have a visceral and visual memory of things that have happened to me (and possibly my ancestors) in previous lifetimes. Sometimes I see more than I want to see (and I used to make the mistake of sharing more than people wanted to hear), but for those who seek to understand and heal from their past, I can help.
Since epigenetics explores the way in which trauma is passed through the DNA, I refer to both past life and ancestral patterns, because I'm never entirely sure if it belongs to me or my lineage. Either way, the healing methodology I learned twenty-five years ago from my first spiritual teacher, Shona Bellew, has never failed to heal and empower me—and everyone I've worked with.
The reason I first started doing this work with Shona is because I have so many physical symptoms—intense pains, rashes, illnesses, and injuries in many different parts of my body—which can only be resolved by past life healing. As soon as I manage to identify the originating event, releasing the stuck emotion and reframing the story, the physical symptoms always immediately vanish. Over time, when I saw that I could also help my friends, I decided to offer this (admittedly strange!) service more widely. It is my dearest hope that I can help lighten the load for you, as well, to help you remember and reclaim your immense wisdom and power.

Full payment for each session is due in advance at $100 per one hour session. (If you want to continue past the 60-minute mark, you will be asked if you want to pay for more time or schedule another 1-hour session. The cost is $50 for each additional half hour.)
