Cultivating the self-awareness to find your voice and get into your first-choice college
If your daughter participates in any of my weekly, Intuitive Writing Project programs for at least six months, she WILL cultivate the necessary self-awareness and story intelligence—the knowledge of who she is, what matters to her, and how to tell her story—to write exceptional, world-changing college essays, the kind of essays that get her into her first-choice college. In addition to learning how to write, she will also be developing the confidence and resilience she needs to succeed in all aspects of her life.
I am so passionate about the power of a regular writing practice—and so confident about the impact of my programs (12 years and counting!)—I am now offering unlimited college essay support FOR FREE... for any parent who enrolls their daughter in one of my weekly Intuitive Writing Project program for at least six months.
For those who choose NOT to support their child in a regular writing practice (either with The Intuitive Writing Project or in their own regular journaling practice), I will do my best to support them—but there's only so much I can do. (I want to dispel the myth that a few college essay sessions can turn your child into a great writer overnight.) Like anything worthwhile, self-reflection takes time—and requires that we, the adults, make time for young people to write—and keep writing.
Even without the benefits of a regular writing practice, I am here to support any young person who is willing to work hard and think reflectively about who they are and what matters to them. But if your child tells you that they hate reading and writing (the prerequisite for writing skills are reading skills) and is not open to self-reflection, I recommend that you look on Wyzant for a college essay tutor in your area.

For those who are interested, here are some of the some of the great schools my Intuitive Writing Project alumni have been accepted into. You can also see what previous parents and students have said, below.
There is no question that a well-told story can change your life. The question is... will you make time for your child to cultivate it?
-
During the first, 2-hour session, the focus is on connecting each young person with their unique talents, strengths, passions, and values, empowering them to tell their story in the most authentic, and inspiring way. -
Subsequent sessions (especially supplemental essays) are one hour. Cost: $180

"My daughter loved every minute with you. She came out from her room with a smile on her face feeling so confident and happy because you made something that could’ve been stressful into something fun and collaborative… Another thing she really liked about you was that you took the
time to really get to know her
and she appreciated that.”
— Emily, parent of a coaching student
“Thank you for all of your help with my son. I have been blown away by everything he has written and can’t thank you enough for the help and inspiration you have given him. When he’s felt “stuck” and struggled—as anyone who has undertaken any creative endeavor will understand happens—he’s always come away from your meetings invigorated and inspired.
I can’t thank you enough for that.”
— Adam, father of a coaching student

"Thank you for such a productive session and a mood changer. My daughter wrote for another hour after you finished. Most importantly, she moved from dread to enthusiasm. You really know how
to inspire our kids!"
—Sonya, mother of a coaching student
"Thank you for your incredible work with my son. Your encouragement has meant so much to him and given him a real boost of confidence. Not only was he accepted into his first-choice school, but he also learned a lot about himself in the process.”
— Jeannie, mother of a coaching student
"Elizabeth just worked with my son on his essay and made a miracle happen! She helped extract his story and he wrote the most beautiful essay with her guidance. He feels empowered by this process and is so proud of what he wrote! And I have HUGE RELIEF that it’s completed!"
