1. The Intuitive Writing Project offers an antidote to social media culture. As girls learn to own their story and discover their unique values, strengths, and passions, they develop a foundation of self-awareness and self-esteem that becomes protective armor against the adverse influences of social media.
2. We also offer a creative antidote to the mental health crisis by giving girls a sense of connection, the feeling of being part of a supportive community that celebrates their authenticity and believes in their voice.
3. We build the necessary critical thinking skills to thrive in an AI-driven world. In learning to articulate and organize their thoughts, girls develop the critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and set them apart as leaders, learning to rely on their own inner guidance and intuitive intelligence.​
4. Through a regular practice of writing, girls master one of the most consistently empowering tools for managing stress, cultivating resilience, and staying connected to their inner guidance system, a tool they can use in any situation for the rest of their lives.
5. We guide girls to discover and articulate their unique talents, strengths, passions, and values, while helping them connect-the-dots to specific college majors and careers.
6. We help girls develop "story-intelligence," the ability to own their story and advocate for themselves in all aspects of life, including college, jobs, internship applications, and leadership positions in their community.
7. Through class discussion, girls learn to be skilled and insightful conversationalists, as we explore the real-world, global events that impact their lives most, asking deep questions and encouraging open dialogue.
8. From sharing ideas to offering peer feedback, girls learn to speak up with confidence, clarity, and respect in all aspects of their lives.

9. In our programs, girls get the benefit of a neutral “third space” (a space outside of home and school) where they can discuss the things that matter to them most, where they will be listened to without judgment and guided back to their own wisdom.
10. Whether or not they started out liking writing, girls learn to love it and to become exceptionally talented writers and storytellers, a skill which will set them apart everywhere—from their college apps to their careers.
